Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the StreetLens mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

StreetLens provides audio-guided tours of cities and landmarks. The App offers pre-made tours and tours generated on the fly based on your search with GPS-based navigation, automatic audio playback at points of interest, and audio content that is automatically downloaded on the device for smooth navigation.

No Account Required

StreetLens has no account system. There's nothing to create, no login required, and no password to remember. Purchases are linked to your Apple ID and managed entirely through Apple's App Store.

Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Use of Content

All tour content, including audio narration, text, and images, is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from tour content without our prior written permission.
Downloaded audio files are for your personal use within the App.

Location Services

The App uses your device's location services to provide navigation and trigger audio at points of interest.
Location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
You can disable location permissions at any time through your device's Settings, though some features may be limited.

Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate historical and cultural information in our tours. However, tour content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information and are not liable for any inaccuracies.

Safety

Always be aware of your surroundings while using the App.
Do not use the App while driving or operating any vehicle.
Follow all local laws, traffic signals, and pedestrian guidelines.
We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur while using the App.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to audio recordings, text, graphics, and software, is the property of StreetLens or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
